Many seasons of American Idol have come and gone since Jessica Sierra made a name for herself as a finalist in Season 4, but the memories of her sex tape still remain. Contestants for the show are even asked if they have done pornographic material previously, but I'm guessing sex tapes don't count! Even though it was released long after Season 4 was in the books. 

Jessica Sierra Sex Tape Hits At The Worst Time

The week that her sex tape was released by Vivid, she also got into trouble with the law. The police were called to a bar and she was arrested for fighting with another patron. It would prove to not be a 1 time occurence, as she got into more trouble with police by getting in another bar fight  not too long after that!
